What we do in every area
Our service is the same wherever your property is. Full management covers tenant sourcing and credit screening, lease drafting under the Rental Housing Act, monthly rent collection through the PayProp trust-accounting platform, arrears management, ingoing and outgoing inspections with photographic record, maintenance coordination, annual rental reviews, and monthly owner statements.
Full management is a flat 11.5% of monthly rent collected, fully inclusive, no extras. Tenant placement on its own is 7.5% of the annual rental. Every property in the portfolio is personally signed off by the Principal Agent, so the person accountable for your home never changes.
