Paul's career is defined by a trajectory of high-stakes property management and organisational leadership. Before founding The Property Bureau nearly two decades ago, he operated at chief officer level of one of the London boroughs, overseeing a massive and diverse portfolio. This experience, managing substantial budgets and a workforce of over 200, honed his ability to navigate complex legalities, large-scale contract negotiations, and critical asset stabilisation.

Paul established The Property Bureau to bring that high-level UK management experience to the Cape Town market, ensuring every client's property is handled with the same discipline and attention to detail required of a large-scale portfolio.
