No agreement of lease shall be deemed to exist between the landlord and the tenant until the lease has been duly signed by or on behalf of the landlord.

I / We undertake to inform the Landlord or his / her / its Property Practitioner in writing of any changes to any information provided in this application form.

This application does not constitute an agreement of lease. No lease agreement shall be deemed to exist until a formal lease document has been duly signed by or on behalf of the landlord. The Property Bureau reserves the right to decline any application without providing reasons. All personal information provided will be handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and used solely for the purpose of evaluating this rental application and related credit and reference checks. The applicant(s) acknowledge that any false or misleading information provided may result in the immediate termination of any lease agreement entered into.
